About Charlene Kamper

 “One, Two…I Do!” was written by Charlene R. Kamper and her daughter Shana Kamper.  Charlene Kamper is the author of the CONNECTIONS: Relationships and Marriage and CONNECTIONS: Dating and Emotions adolescent relationship education programs that are published by the Dibble Institute for Marriage Education.  These curricula have been successfully used by thousands of public schools throughout the United States since 1996. Shana Kamper is an educator at Redlands High School in California.
